This chess house guaranteed high quality, easy and playable parts. This chess set tells the story of Mr. Terry’s journey in learning everything he could about the culture from books, talking to people, witnessing their dress, dance, and song at a Pow Wow, as well as checking out native artist’s work such as beadwork, traditional music instruments, and seeing pipes being craved from pipe stone. This exact model is limited to 10 sets, and would be an extraordinary piece for a museum, information center, bed and breakfast, or residence. These symbols are organized to make a tale around the board’s perimeter. The board size measures with approxiately size of 30 ¼ with 3” inch square size. The king height measures 4 3/4″ with king base at the widest 3” and each pieces has a weight of 5.4lbs.

This American Indian chess set manufactured by R. F. Murphy, Franklin Mint, featured the American Heritage Foundation Museum. The board measures 18” x 18” inch rounded, the pieces measures 3.5” high this was issued 20 years ago but we assure you that it was good as new quality. This set is very rare to find complete with all pieces in fine condition
